What is the cheapest kit for Gigabyte rtx 2080 Windforce OC 8G ?

i dont want custom watercooling, i want to attach a AIO

is it possbile ? which parts do i need ? 

 

i saw this is this ok ? any extra parts needed, is the water in there or do i need to purchase it seperate and fill ? extra pump ?

EK-CryoFuel Navy Blue (Premix 1000mL) i think i need this idk :/
