Make sure you're not trying to run 4K and have updated software (drivers and BIOS)? Also check the temperatures and usages for the GPU and CPU.

Temp & Usages seem to be fine. Updated drivers too. How do i make sure that I’m not running 4k?

That rig should be performing a lot better than that.

Can we assume you are running 1080p or are you doing something more in the realm of 1440p or 2160p?

If it’s not that then my next question has to be about heat.

What do your thermals look like when you’re playing? To me it almost sounds like something is overheating and throttling. Otherwise I would guess you were running something else pretty resource heavy in the background when playing the game.

resolution scaling at 1.0, screen resolution not at 3840x2160?

1080p is right. GPU temps go around 40+ deg c.

Great. What is the RAM usage during play? Can you also get a CPU temp under load?

Does it perform poorly across all games or just in this one game?

PU VRAM Util is around 90+% while RAM Util is around 35-40%. CPU Temp under load 50-60 celsius.

just this game.
