CPU and Graphics Card problem

So I stream and play on one pc, my graphics card is a zotac geforce rtx 2060 and my cpu is i5 intel 9600k 6-core. I play fortnite mostly and when I'm not streaming the game feels so much more responsive then when I am streaming, I don't know how to fix this issue, I don't know if I should get a better cpu or not.

9600k isn't good for streaming.
