First time ever asking for help PC freezing randomly.

Hello first of all please excuse mine bad english im self learner so im suck at grammar.

To the point.

BRIEF DRESCRIPTION OF WHAT HAPPENING:
Windows randomly freezes but most of services are still running in background like team speak is still taking push to talk and people are hearing me.
What im found its some how related to connection problems of STEAM Discord and other medias.
Internet running whit out problems but those programs some how unable to connect. Whats wierd some of programs start working after restart and stop working after nother.
While windows freezes mouse is still responsive but everything else stop. Problems start happening about 14 days ago and getting progressively worse.
Freeze last 2-15 seconds and then everything what im click happen.


PC STATS:
CPU: AMD RYZEN 1800X
MOBO: AX370 Gaming k7
GPU: NVIDIA 2080 GAMIMG TRIO
RAM: 16G overclocked to 3200
SSD1 M.2 Samsung SSD 960 (SYSTEM INSTALED HERE)
SSD2 128G RAID1
SSD3 128G RAID1
HDD1 1 TERA
HDD2 3 TERA
PSU: 750 W FPS RAIDER

WHAT IM ALREADY TRIED:
Windows reinstal.
All driver updates im cud think off several versions of CHIPSET and NETWORK one.
Power management fixes by youtube whit people having similar problems.
Pluging off all exept SYSTEM SSD.
Several versions of BIOS
Overclock on/off.
RAM TEST(NEGATIVE)
CPU STRESS(NEGATIVE)
MAIN SSD TESTS (NEGATIVE)
TEMPS WAY BELOW ANY PROBLEMS (IM HAVE MASIVE PASSIVE COOLING) CPU TEMPS 55 MAX GPU TEMPS 65 MAX (FREZES HAPPENING EVEN IN LOW to NONE USSAGE)
Im spend 3 days hunting down BSOD that happened in mean time but it was just old sound drivers fixed by update.

PROBABLE CAUSE:
Windows update causing some kind of DRIVER/SETTINGS incompatibylity im cant pin point.
Hardware issue not detected by simple stress and check tests.



So it bring me here im provide any kind files or test result you ask im tring to fix this issue for 7 days strait already and im running out of ideas.

EDIT1:: So its definetli related to the conection issue. Im mannaged to not have any freezes on last restart and all aplications was able to connect to internet. After restart Issue is back and some aplications cant connect again.
mine mind is blown.... if anybody know whats happening or what to do please dont hesitate.

Maybe you could set RAM frequency to about 2666 MHz and reinstall Windows once more?

I once had issues with my i7-9700K too. Random freezes, mostly when opening YouTube. No issues during gaming though, just on desktop.... I reinstalled Windows twice and the second reinstall using the Media Creation Tool helped. Weird. It might be a certain Windows update that causes these problems...

This last reinstal was done on clean bios so ram was 2400 in time of install. Im allways pump frequenci after im install programs like cpu temp not before but thanks for tip.

Problem solved

Solution:

Use 3 th windows instalation directly to 1809 windows version.

Look like problem come whit old windows instalers when betwean windows update some important drivers are not updated.
