CPU suggestion needed

Hi, yesterday I asked for a build suggestion in new build and planning forum. I wanted to use  i3 8100 (11,290 INR) as CPU but almost everyone suggested ryzen 5 1600 (12,708 INR) I ten watched "CPU buyers guide" and again visited Amazon to find i5 9400F (13,450 INR)

Now this is what USERbenchmark say now what you guys say 

  • Intel i3 8100 
  • Intel i5 9400f
  • Amd ryzen 1600

Which one should I get

Probably the R5 as the mobo is probably cheaper and the performance disaparity shouldnt be that much. Have you looked at the R5 2600?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Yeah I just saw it in What CPU to buy late 2018 video as budget best CPU I might upgrade to i7 down the road so I was thinking Intel also I couldn't find and mobo that works with 9th gen processor out of the box without bios update
