Hi everyone,

My super old logitech headset are busted and I am in need of a new one. I am totaly not in the loop for any current good headset brand at the moment and need suggestion on what to buy.

I am gonna use them mainly to chat with friend during some PC co-op game. Id prefer to get a wireless headset over wired one and I am not gonna use them more then a couple of hour each week. Battery life wont be a concern.

Price range : under 100$ canadian would be great.

I would prefer wireless, but if there's no great option around 100$, wired if fine.

The hyperX cloud flight are a bit over priced for me (almost 200$ for canada), the Cloud Alpha look great. Are they a refresh of the HyperX cloud ii ? the Cloud ii is from 2015 and the cloud alpha from 2017.

Is there a difference between the Cooler master 752 and 751? amazon list them both and seem the same.

Thank you all for the reply. It seem like buying a good headset is as complicated as getting all the part for a PC.

One of them comes with a soundcard and virtual 7.1 while the other doesn't. The price gap should be small enough to make the one with the soundcard a viable option.

And it's true what you say about audio gear. It's even harder if you start looking at it.

Also, the Cloud Alphas are the latest member of the HyperX CLoud family if you look at the wired models. They are more of an upgrade to Cloud (pro) than Cloud II since they do not come with an USB soundcard.

One my friend is currently using the steelseries artic 5(2016 version). Is it just as good as the other suggestion? The only real difference i can see is that the microphone is retractable instead of detachable.

My choice boil down to the HyperX cloud alpha, Coolermaster MH-752 and the Steelseries Arctics 5.
