Hi, today I was upgrading my motherboard on my gaming PC, and it all booted into windows fine. I pressed restart, and after turning off the cpu fan started spinning but there was no post beeps, post lights and the case fans (plugged into mobo) weren't spinning. I noticed that the system posted if i unpluged the power to my gpu (1070ti). It also works if I use my old 1060. The card is still under warranty, so I should be able to get a replacement.

Also posting a pic of insides of pc could help, you never know could have bumped something loose and need an extra pair of eyes to look. Psu Problem? May want to use Power Supply Calc to make sure.

Just trying to be helpful, Hope you find your problem

Thank you both for the replies. I also suspect the psu, as it is 550w which is the wattage recommended for that card, so it could have been pushed over the edge. As for anything wrong in the case, I doubt it, as I have taken the card out multiple times and put it back in, and it works fine with my old gpu. I think that I'm going to try the same gpu in my old pc, which has a bigger power supply, but that will have to wait for now.

You should check the GPU, maybe dust or anything else thet doesn't let it work properly...
