Hello guys its me again some time ago I posted a topic for streaming and that really helped me in regards of streaming setting. Now I have a 10Mb internet connection I have checked my upload speed multiple times and I am getting 6.5 Mbps I am on a wired connection too butwhen ever I go live on obs or streamlabs obs the upload speed drops to 1 mbps I also tried disabling the Avest and windows defender closed all the possible apps that uses internet but still no improvement. What should I do?

It drops because you are occupying the bandwidth with OBS.

Use constant bitrate, thats what Twitch recommends. Otherwise, are you talking about frame drops or what?

Hows your CPU usage? Dropped frames are mostly CPU related thing. Also post your settings.

These are my settings and speeds and my cpu usage is around 11% its a 6 core 12 threads cpu with a base of 2.8 and on load boosts upto 3.2
