Digital Vibrance not working

Recently my digital vibrance has stopped working, it works in any instance if it's in windowed mode but as soon as i get it to go to fullscreen mode in any game whatsoever it goes to the blatant white colours again. I have no idea how to fix this, my monitor is asus vg248qe connected by a displayport cable.
