Graphics card advice

Hello,

I have just built my friend a computer for gaming. All of the components are perfect for it apart from the graphics card. I think at the moment It has a GT730 in it which is bottlenecking his performance. I'm just looking at graphics cards now and wondering if its worth upgrading to this...

Also any other recommendations in that price range???

You'd be way better off with an RX 570 but it would be good to know the rest of the components.
