So i posted the other day on here about my stuttering it seems my problem with stuttering is somewhat gone but now i have another issue

So heres my build first off

Amd Ryzen 7 1800x

b450 pro4 mobo

16gb ddr4 3200mhz dual channel

gtx 1060 3gb

120gb ssd

240gb ssd

1tb hard drive

So the issue is my gpu while playing ARK is at like 16% usage? It still stutters a bit but its no where near where it use to be but the fact is my gpu is at such a low usage i have latest driver installed anyone have any ideas why this is?

What settings are you trying to run the game on? graphics, resolution, etc.?

Wait, so it is just that one game ARK ?  If this is the only game the GPU usage is at 16 percent then you have a solid system and video card and its a game issue or OS or driver tangling and what not.  If your keen on playing ARK then try to do a DDU "Display Driver Uninstaller" in safe mode and clean and reboot,, then back into normal mode install the latest WHQL drivers.  If problem persists then go to nvpanel and set everything to defaults which is crummy as you will lose AA and all the glitz and glamour, just to test.  If problem still persists go back to nvpanel and turn on all AA and all options you want and forget about ARK lol ! :(
