If I buy two 4 gb ram from here.Will the combination work as a dual channel ram.

yea.. but i wont recommend buying ram from aliexpress you're better off with ram from hynex crutial or any known company

if the ram sticks are functioning, then yes. Never heard of Kllisre and the cheap prices may indicate that it's a scam, not sure how much ddr3 goes for now though(it's around 40 - 50 usd per 8GB in my country but I don't know if that's overpriced or no)
