you probably would be fine with a 550w psu. Check the psu tier list for recommendations on PSU’s

Processor - Ryzen R5 3600 or 2600x
Mobo- Msi x470 gaming plus
Ram - 8gb*2 3200mhz
GPU- 2060 or the new navi.
