Looking a tad bit warm to me, is the gpu watercooled too? 45c is the hottest my card gets under load, 27-31c idle is normal for mine, my cpu is 1.5v atm trying to reduce it as i'm messing with overclocks on ram and cache atm but that sits at 37-43c or so at idle.

Spec:
6700k 4.7ghz
16GB 3230mhz 16-16-16-36

980ti max volts etc.
420 + 360 rads

If the GPU is watercooled then that's pretty warm, especially for not being loaded.

We're going to need more information then. What kind of cooling setup do you have for the CPU? What temps do you get while gaming? What temps do you get while stress testing?

From what info you've actually given us, I will say that 33C is a perfectly good idle temp, 1400-1500 rpm fan speeds is a little spicy for my taste though.
