optiplex 3010 with i5 3470 and 2 4gb sticks of ram unkown speed 

the power supply went out and seen it has a pci slot and wanted to put in graphics card but the psu is only 240 watt are their other sff power supplies i can run that will still fit in case im aware that with a graphics card i wont be able to keep side panel

 

1. what power supply can i replace it with it if i can go higher

2.will rx 550 run with this set up

If it's anything like my 7010, it'll have a TFX unit in which case it's really just best to get another Dell unit off eBay since they're not bad (though I have the DT, which is the one just under the mini-tower in terms of size, so it could very well be different for the SFF). In the way of graphics cards, you could always pay a premium for a half-height 1050Ti which is a fair bit faster than the 550 (hell even the plain 1050 is faster if I'm not mistaken). Considering I'm pulling a good bit more power than you'd be, another stock 240 watt would be fine, too.
