None, keep saving for a RX 570 or 580 since you have enough graphics on a 2400G to play games at 1080p, the GTX 1050 Ti is an awful value card.

If OP can afford a 1050 ti then the 570 is probably in budget, no need to wait and save up.

For the money, you can do better. What country are you buying from? In most places, the 570 costs the same, and is better in gaming.

If how much more expensive is the RX 570 and RX 580? Also, on the Nvidia side, how expensive is the GTX 1060, 3GB and 6GB? Those basically compare, we can help you decide what's more worth it.

Well, the Bitcoin thing is a lie that's for sure, mining crypto currency is no longer relevant. Regardless, the RX 570 is only about 1000 more than the 1050 ti so that seems to have great bang for the buck. All the others seem a bit too expensive. How long would it take to save the extra 1K?

Ram will be good around 3000MHz, yes. However, don't take the EVGA 80+, it's too low end. If you see in the tier list, it's in the "don't buy this" tier, I say consider any 80+ bronze EVGA power supply over that.

A quality PSU is a good investment, for your whole system. Definitely worth spending extra. Usually, the Corsair CX and CXM units are a fair price (grey label, not green label)

Yeah, don't believe the dozens of videos where people tested faster ram and show a real world benefit from it either.

For both intel and amd ?

Anyway ….. i agree with you that some test results can't be lied about but you know too, since this being Linux and all… it depends… it depends on your hardware on your settings on the little tips and tricks that separate the tech from the gamer... My personal true experience is that gaming without any form of o.c. following the specifications of the manufacturers grants the best gaming experience for months and months at a time.
Ofcourse people would like to know what their max performance is and ofcourse people like to squeeze every penny out of their hardware, and certainly if what they bought doesn't reflect their wish, but still i stick with my statement.
