Core speed and multiplier changes

Is the changes normal because the core speed changes between 1596.19 MHZ to 3491.67 MHz and the multiplier

any heavy workloads? if not then it is the power savings. what are your temps on the cpu?

yeah power savings. it reduces clock speeds and voltage to save electricity

the bios. there must a settings. dont know which. look up your mobo model and power saving

under load it will go back to normal
