Need Help deciding on new CPU

I am new to PC gaming. I want to upgrade my CPU to something that will allow me to game, stream and/or record on the same PC. Any recommendations would be great. 

Current Setup:

MotherBoard: Gigabyte Z87X-D3H

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz

RAM: 8GB DDR3

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (Recent Upgrade)

PSU: EVGA 600W 80 Plus Cert.

Storage SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 500GB

                       Crucial MX500 1TB

Storage HHD: Seagate BarraCuda 2TB
