Unplug all your USB devices,

Plug them in 1 at a time, Once you find out what it is, Install the driver for the device.

If you think it's the card reader you can try unplugging the internal usb header.  If that is the problem you should search your case manufacturer's webpage for a driver or just try a generic one.
