SFF/Steambox. Help Please

My current rig its pretty big and i just want to downsize.

 

I plan on buying a small form factor steambox and then with the left over money get a PS4 since most of my friends have one.

 

My question is, what is the best small form factor steambox i can build. i want to keep it under $1000. Any help?

 

All its going to be used for is gaming and web browsing

There are no itx mobo's for AM3+

You never mentioned that you wanted AM3+

Any mid price itx board will be fine with maybe an i5 of some sort.  Maybe an ASUS Z87I or a Gigabyte GA-Z87N wifi.  For a case, it comes down to what you think looks good, you could get a Fractal design node, Bitfenix phenom or prodigy or even an EVGA hardon....i mean hadron.

As I get older I get angrier more cynical, meaner. I feel some warning posts coming. I feel a ban coming. I was warned.
