SSD dead?

Hey all, couldnt shut down my pc from windows so i turned off the PSU. But since then my main C:/ drive (samsung 840 pro) ssd is not detected in BIOS . 

I get a blackscreen saying Bootmgr is missing press ctrl alt del to restart.

 

when i go to sata configuration in BIOS i see all my drives except the 840 pro it says non present

 

is the ssd dead? i tried switching ports, same result

 

i have the asus v formula z and fx8350 let me know if you have any suggestions

will try and get back, is the power cycle different for samsung 840 pro?
