Hello. i have an rx 570 and an i5 4590 at 3.6 ghz and im seeing 100 cpu usage and low gpu usage in a lot of aaa games especially battlefield 5 (the game is unplayable with dx11 by the way even the audio is stuttery). my cpu is at %100 and my gpu is at %60 all the time and my fps is around 30-40 and its really not stable. fresh windows 10 install. i dont understand how a guy with 1050 ti and a g4560 gets better framerates than me at medium settings:

Specs: i5 4590, rx 570, w10 home, 12gb ram (3x4 1600mhz), thermaltake smart rgb (bought it just this week didnt solve it)

edit: he also has lower cpu usages what the hell??? is my cpu underperforming? its also like this in insurgency sandstorm, sotr, bf1, far cry5...

Maybe play it with Vulkan or dx 12.new driver updates allowed about 70fps with rx 570 (or is it division 2 I forgot)
