Memory timings mixing

i currently got Sniper X 3600Mhz 16GB kit with Timing 19-19-19-39 CAS Latency 19 i am looking to get some more memory and all i can find with sniper x 3600mhz is Timings 19-20-20-40 CAS Latency 19. The question i am asking if its fine to mix and and the motherboard (asrock gaming k6 z370)  will default to the 19-19-19-39 or will it cause any problems..?

it should default to 19-20-20-40, you can try setting it manually to 19-19-19-39 though
