No fans to some fans will be a pretty big jump, and there isn't that much heat that needs to be cooled here.

You can always zip tie a fan to the heatsink.

I am using this case.

Will heatsink will perform more than asrock basic itx heatsink?

Any recommendations for heatsink?

You really can't swap the headsink as its custom to that board.
