No screen

Can someone please help me a couple of days ago I shut down my pc later that day I boot up my pc again and I get no screen and with no screen I mean even I cant even access my BIOS and I tried almost everything I can think of but my pc still wont boot up and the rgb light from my cpu fan and motherboard don't work does anyone have any idea (I have a gigbyte ga ax370 gaming 3 motherboard a ryzen 7 1700 a gtx geforce 1060 6 gb 16 gb of ram and a corsair CX550)

try unconnecting everything thats not needed to boot, harddrives ect fi that dont work do what @NerdBot2021 said

Your motherboard manual shows that it has diagnostics LED's. Does any of them light up at the bottom right of the board when powered on?

If that 16gb of ram is multiple dimm's, Try disconnecting all of the sticks, and trying them 1 by 1 in ram socket 2 (2nd from the left)

Try resetting your BIOS by clearing the CMOS (Unplug your computer, and use a screwdriver  to connect these two pins on your motherboard for ~10 seconds before plugging back in and testing again)
