Audio super quiet...?

A while back Discord was doing this weird thing that whenever I clicked on a server the whole application would restart and then enter the server AFTER it restarted. It was super weird because I was in a call with friends and I noticed it kept getting quieter and quieter (the audio) and I haven't found a fix yet. I re-installed my audio drivers, and I would like to hear my games once in a while....
