Is this CPU legit?

Hi, 

I've been looking at X58 Xeon hardware and I found an eBay listing for a 'Xeon X7350'.

I've never heard of this CPU before and the images don't look quite right to me so I'd like to get someone's opinion on whether or not this is legit.

A little outdated but i'm curious how it performs.

Looks legit but, as I'm sure you can tell, it won't work in an x58 board

Yeah, I thought at first it was an X58 CPU (due to the name), but something just didn't seem right. I didn't realize it was a different socket up until now.

Is it real? Yes, but it's Socket 604, which was basically the Xeon equivalent of Socket 478 and NetBurst, which is roughly 20 years old (and, in the case of NetBurst, better off forgotten).
