My fan cable can't reach my motherboard need help to fix it

Use a fan extension cable? Or a fan splitter or a fan hub.

Or mount in a different place so that it reaches.

As above, but if it almost reaches, sometimes you can turn the fan housing 90 or 180 degrees to get the wire just a bit closer to the MB header. If one of your other fans has a longer wire, switch fan locations.

If you have normal fan with 300mm cable and normal ATX case, fan cable will 100% reach some fan header. If it doesn't, please post case, mobo and maybe pic of the issue. Extenders are a thing anyway.
