I just went through everything you are going through right now.I upgraded to a HIS ICEQ X2 boost from my 7850 and then i wanted a second card.So i got my second card 2 days ago and it was way worth it.I have not noticed ant micro stutters and even if you do all you have to do is use RadeonPro as it removes all micro stutters. My only problem i have is my 1080p 60hz monitor seems really slow now so its time for 1440p catleap that i can overclock to 120hz :)

Not to jack the thread, but as far as I am aware all of the overclockable Catleaps are long gone. I'm pretty sure that only the first revision of the board was overclockable.

Just be sure to look into it prior to getting one if that is the main reason for going with the Catleap.
