Custom color cycle

I have some Aura sync compatible RGB strips as well as an ROG Aura terminal, how do I make my addressable RGB strips glow in a rainbow effect except with colors I choose?

So instead of it going red, orange, yellow, blue and purple, I want it to cycle through something like purple, orange, white, yellow, blue, pink?

Is there a way for something like FastLed to work without an Arduino?

You can use the Corsair Lighting Node and connect all your rgb stuff there.
