comptia A+ & net+ cert

I hope I am in the right section. Any way I need some test help and everything I found so far cost WAY to much.
I am good on hardware config troubleshooting and genral network concepts however as far as printers and software stuff I AM SCREWED. Does anybody have any tips for me or helpfull info also it is the 801 and 802 test(realeased in late 2013 to replace the 701 & 702 certs{pretty sure}) any way Iff any one could Help It would be DEEPLY APRECIATED!!!
