Wireless network adapter

mvitkun

Could somebody recommend a cheap but reliable wireless adapter?

I need it to be either USB 2.0,PCI Express x1,or PCI.

My connection is pretty average so the adapter doesn't need to be amazing,I just want it to have decent range and provide a reliable connection at more or less the same speeds I have right now.

This will be going into a light use media pc,not my signature rig.

Would prefer to have it be less than $30,but $5 here and there isn't a deal breaker.

The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.

Which will provide excellent range and stable connection as the OP wanted.

Unless I suddenly forgot to read, they wanted a wireless adapter to plug into their computer to connect to a wireless network. A range extender won't do that.

It is able to be set to multiple modes. Client mode to act as a normal WiFi adapter, monitor mode, mesh mode, bridge mode, repeater mode, etc.

Okay, that I did not know. At first glance it looked like only a range extender.
