I'm absolutely sure, if it were PC fans, the voltage won't be more than 12 volts. It's either 5v or 12v.

It's even written in the specs: AC115V.

I just came across these and want to use them to cool down my pc . Only I don't know how to power them :/. I have two of them. Any suggestions ? thank you !

You just need to solder those yellow wires to something longer and power it to SATA

You can't, it's a AC motor, you can however running it directly from the wall.

Have any idea on how to power them? The two cooling fans I have on my PC now are powered by a separate power supply. An 12-volt power supply that belong to an old router I just splice the ends and connected the fans, the fans do not pull any power from the motherboard or any word on the computer.

This is absurd, it wont run with the PSU power.

The yellow cable are Plus and Minus (can swap it on AC), and the green is ground.

I agree with you supercomputer.. I know definitely my computer's power-supply will not have enough power to push is fan on

Yes, try it (assuming the power is 110v not 220v)
