As far as I can find the 1060 has better performance and less TDP, so it should be better all round. However if it's worth it is completely up to you. I'd suggest just Googling the comparison, there are some videos on the subject.

While the 1060 outperforms the 980m by quite a margin, the CPU is barely any better and an SSD for a boot drive is a very nice to have,

so I would say that overall the Gigabyte is a better value.

But if whatever you are planning to do with the laptop is rather graphics intensive, then the Clevo (I must say, I have never heard of that brand) might still be the better option for you.
