Pc Freezing At slow Temps

My pc will randomly freeze and just turn off after around 30 seconds of it being frozen all my temps are decently low but surely not high enough to be freezing I have had this issue for quite a while now but it’s gotten worst over time if anybody has a solution or explanation please contact me or reply with a way to fix this thank you for reading this.
