RX Vega 64 Problems

Evening! I'm hoping someone could shed some light on a problem I've been having with my RX VEGA 64.

At random times whilst watching youtube videos (It's yet to do it whilst I'm gaming) my computer will lock up and the screens will all go a different colour.

Whilst the PC is frozen, both my power supply fan and graphics card will ramp up slightly until I restart. My specs are listed below and a picture of what the screens look like is attached.

The power supply is new as I RMA'd my old one due to coil whine so I can rule that out.

What wattage is your power supply? I am a VEGA owner and I can tell you what to do but I need to know every detail. Just because you got a new PSU doesn't mean that is not the issue
