Hey guys, so ive decided i dont really want my rig anymore as power consumption has become an issue for me (UK energy prices are getting insane and I no longer have any flatmates) so im planning on selling it. I also have a few other components to sell. I was wondering if you guys could give me a valuation and what i should be aiming for when selling.

List of thing:

1) My sig rig

2) Phenom 2 x 4 965 with gigabyte motherboard (cant remember the model or chipset as i haven't even looked at it for about 3 years maybe even more)

3) An HD5870

5) An HD 5830

6) Coolermaster Storm Scout case.

Thanks :)

Edit:- Im planning on keeping my SSD

About 200$

And his rig? His rig is $700+ because of the mining capability of 7970's. You could scam someone for like $2000 for your sig PC for mining, if they don't know anything about computers.

he will have to price check off ebay or amazon and sell it by the part

europe isn't as greatly affected by the mining craze as NA.

but it's definitely more than 200$

Prices in the US make me jelly.

A 7970 alone is $500+ here...

I paid $1000 for my current rig,and I kept my older GPU.

I don't really know, try to get as much as you can.

Ya, it is about $500-$700 legitimately, but sell it to someone in NA and scam them. Most people are ignorant here.

Thanks guys.

Ill probably aim for about £150 - £200 for the 7970s and £50 for the other gpus.

Im thinking of maybe keeping the i5 and selling the mobo (going itx), do you guys think that makes more sense?
