how do i cable management them nicely? 

should i just take all the cables out rearrange them?(im scared i wont be able to remember which cable plugs into which place) 

case:thermaltake core v21

there is no compartment for cables or anything(it's a cube case)

You could buy some labels and label each wire. Something like this Mr-Label US letter Sheet Self-adhesive Cable Label - Waterproof | Tear Resistant - with Free Print Tool - for Laser Printer (10 Sheets (300 Labels), 5 assorted colors)

Im not sure how to tell you to do this. I mean its cable management, not really any secrets involved, just some time and work. Zip ties or velcro cable straps are your friend. Tuck what you can and group together as much as possible. In my opinion you should also try to keep from running cables running either straight left to right or straight up and down, running diagonal really looks like crap. If you are concerned about forgetting where stuff goes you can label it as was suggested above, but in reality judging by your pictures it looks like everything is pretty self explanatory, if you are really concerned also take pictures of everything you unplug, you could even just label with masking tape and a marker if you dont want the labels permanent, just remove them after you are done tidying up.
