No post. Black screen only.

After failed attempt to overclock my pc shutted down and stopped showing anything on display. I tries to clear bios battery. Tried with jumper to clear cmos. Nothink. Any help guys? 

Mb: gigabyte x99 ultra gaming

Cpu: i7 5820k

Ram l: corsair low profile 2400 mhz 2x8gb

Gpu: msi 1070

Psu: corsair vs650w

I knownpower supply is weak for the overclock.

whatd you set the oc too
