Does difficulty influence the hashrate ?

As the tittle said.

I've noticed that with diff at 128 I get sligthy higher hasrate, about 730Kh\s and when it goes above it lower at about 725Kh\s. Is this normal ?

Nope the difficulty doesn't influence the hashrate although it does influence the outcome since it will be smaler(LTC,BTC,FTC)

Small ups and downs in the hashrate is normal

 

EDIT: I thought the mining difficulty of the coin that you are mining...

In your case I don't know.. Sorry
