Rate my build

Is this build good enough for 2019

I built this machine to run at least the latest games without an issues. But over the time I notice drops in frames in games like The division 2, The division 1, Ghost Recon Wild land, and Rainbow-6 siege. I need help :3

AMD - Ryzen 3 2200g 3.5 GHz 4-Core Processor  ------> Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor

G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  
SanDisk - SSD PLUS 120 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Seagate - BarraCuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  
Gigabyte - Radeon RX 570 4 GB Gaming 4G  Video Card "Aorus Version"
Cooler Master - MasterBox Lite 3.1 MicroATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair - VS 650 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply
