need help building

Im looking to buy a gaming pc but want build cheap if i can i want a layaway option if possible.  I play games like black ops command and conquer mine craft and i dont want a hardcore computer.. But i want a good one.. I have no idea how or what to put into a computer please help

are you close to a microcenter? Jay'z two cents just did a video on a $500 gaming pc that would be perfect for you. Essentially get a Ryzen 2400G, b450 motherboard, RX 580 (they can be found for around $170 right now), and the cheapest non crap components for the rest of the build you can find.

Would it play games like world of tanks or war thunder with no lag but in the highest graphics?

If i can build it cheap but still have high quality i want to build otherwise i want to buy one but i dont know whats good and dont want to be blindsided.... I will buy made if i can get it on layaway

If you're looking for an entry level computer I would go with something similar to this. 

If you want something a little nicer (and more powerful) I would go with this

If you give me what resolution and what your price range is I can recommend something more tailored for you.
