PC won't boot: SOLVED

jonqqh

So my PC turns on, and 20 seconds later it turns off. Then it does it again. The fans are spinning and the USB ports work. Neither my keyboard nor my mouse lights up, my monitor stays black and says there is no signal. I tried running it in singlechannel and without RAM and it didn't help. I can't even get to the BIOS.

Mb: AsRock B450 Pro4

Cpu: ryzen 5 2600

psu: be quiet pure power 11 cm 500w

gpu: rx 590

Thanks in advance

this seems motherboard :(  I would try another psu to see if it its fault , but seems something about the motherboard, try to reseat cpu and cables, look for bent pins on the cpu socket or if you can try another motherboard

Yikes.  Does your motherboard have digital error code on the mobo ?  If so it could be the CPU DOA.  I would listen to Peskanova and try another PSU.  If still the same then RMA both CPU and motherboard because it could be either or.  Get new mobo and CPU and give her a shot.
