I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

It comes with a product key only. You have to make the install media yourself. However, you can also buy Windows 10 from a retailer like Amazon or NewEgg, which may have an option to buy Windows 10 on a DVD along with the key.

No, You have to use that video tutorial, Install windows, Skipping the inital product key prompt, then you can go on the store and purchase a windows license, Where I presume you will be emailed a key which you can use for windows, Activating it in the settings.

Pretty sure you can download a copy of windows from Microsoft, then use your purchased key.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

You put in your key, and the site will show you which version of Windows you can download.

You'll need to provide your own USB stick and of course the product key

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

Maybe they started doing that as an option. I bought Windows 10 that came on a DVD as recently as last year. Either way, you can buy a physical copy of the OS if you don't want to make your own.
