Hello, I'm currently interested in knowing if it is worth upgrading my GPU at this moment in time. I'm currently using -

CPU - Ryzen 7 1700 (Stock)

Cooler - wraith spire RGB cooler

MOBO - GA-AX370-GAMING 5

GPU - Rx 470

RAM - 2x8gb corsair @3000mhz

PSU - 750w EVGA G2

I'm looking to upgrade to either a 2060 or 2070, although I'm wondering if it would be worth the wait to see what else comes out of the 16 series, or the rumored Navi GPUs. I mainly play at 1080p@60hz and use two monitors, but I would like the choice to move to either 1080p@120/144hz or 1440p in the future.

2060, 2070 is a waste compared to the 2060 which, RTX shit aside, is actually a pretty compelling value.

If your opinion is rtx is "shit" then why not recommend 1660ti? Paying for rtx if its "shit" is hardly a compelling value :)

p.s. the rtx "shit" is worth it to me but as a developer of 3d applications im "slightly" biased lol ;)

The 1660 Ti has somewhat lower performance than the 2060, 1070 Ti vs 1070 or so
