Creative SuperX-Fi amp $101.00

I was going to replace my kingston hyper X Stinger and saw it in the creative audiophile's headphones area. I watched some of the YouTube vids the reviews were pretty good, would it be a good deal if I got it and a Stinger? 

Creative Super X-Fi amp + Kingston Hyper X Stinger  = $101.00 + $48.90

It seems to be on offer but I'm not sure how much.
