Creative cooling solution for my hot laptop?

I have the Clevo W230ST (i7 4700mq + gtx 765m) which is a few years old. It gets very got and regularly hits 100C even without a huge load. Over the years I've re-applied thermal paste (Arctic Silver) and replaced the (very loud) fan once too. Any creative ideas on how I could cool this beast?

Take it apart and blow out the dust. Might be a good idea to look into undervolting as well.

 

If it's hitting 100C without a load, then you have quite a thermal issue on your hands.

Do you keep it on a hard surface or your lap? 

 

Get one of those cooling fan deals for under it?  Something like this...

hard surface, mostly on a desk but i'm about to travel with it again which is why I'm trying to think of a new solution. I have actually got one of those fan stands but perhaps one with more fans is a good idea. The loudness of the fan is a bit of a headache tbh

 

I have tried undervolting in the past too, using the intel tool on desktop

May be time to retire it and buy a new one :)  Any excuse is a good excuse to buy new toys :)
