Yes just then you will not be able to activate variable refresh rate also known as Freesync and G-Sync

Yes you just won't be able to use variable refresh rate technology in your monitor if you buy an GTX 1660 Ti but I would still go for it anyways since you shouldn't have many problems running games at or above 75 FPS unless your CPU in the end is a bottleneck (Just realised that I did already reply to this whoops)
