Fractal Design have several different case designs that are quite.  I used to have an Arc Midi (NLA) which was windowed and ran very quiet.  My work station is now in a Define R5 (non-window) and is pretty much dead silent.  I think most of their designs now have a window option but as noted above, with a window you do sacrifice some of the sound dampening material.  I've built in five different Fractal Design models and they are easy to work with and provide excellent support in case you have a bad header connection.

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s
