Hi guys! I'm planning to build a new rig, both for gaming (Warframe, some AAA games) and productivity (Engineering stuff, photoshop, etc). Although, productivity is more important to me than gaming. I'm looking for suggestions on the cheapest mITX case (less than $150) that can be hand-carried on a plane, and has support for at least one 3.5" HDD, and at least a modular SFX (or better yet, SFX-L) PSU. Any suggestions?

PS. DIY cases are not possible since I don't have the right tools, and also I'm not good enough for that yet.

Thanks!

Laptop: HP Pavilion Power 15-cb002ne

CPU: Intel i7 7700HQ | GPU: NVidia GTX 1050 4GB | RAM: 12GB DDR4 | Storage: 128GB SSD (Boot) + 1TB HDD

I have flown with it and fits in backpacks. It hits all your needs and support full gpu with  water cooling

There is no enemy. The foe on the battlefield is merely the manifestation of that which we must overcome. The doubt, and fear, and despair. Every battle is fought within. Conquer the battlefield that lies inside you, and the enemy disappears like the illusion it is.

The 3,5" HDD is a Problem. Without that there is a nice Silverstone Case.

But with that, the RVZ-01, ML-07 could be an option.

w/o the 3,5" Drive the ML-08 would be a good thing.

Best small case of all time is the NCase M1 which was initially a crowd funded project.  I built a set up for my daughter a couple of years ago.  It's more expensive than your price point but worth every penny.

Workstation PC Specs: CPU - i7 8700K; MoBo - ASUS TUF Z390; RAM - 32GB Crucial; GPU - Gigabyte RTX 1660 Super; PSU - SeaSonic Focus GX 650; Storage - 500GB Samsung EVO, 3x2TB WD HDD;  Case - Fractal Designs R6; OS - Win10
